The following are images of the Certificate of Incorporation papers for Majestic Record Corporation. This can be located at the County Clerk's office at 31 Chambers Street in Manhattan. It is file number 5650. The certificate was signed on September 22, 1916. The tax paid receipt from Albany is dated September 25, 1916. Since no other company records are known to have survived this was the first source I've found for full names and addresses of the three owners who started Majestic Record Corporation.
